How to Return?
At Moda Star Boutique, we want you to love every item you order! But if something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple and hassle-free. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Step 1: Check Your Eligibility
Before starting your return, please make sure your item meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- All tags must still be attached.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or certain personal items such as panties, bras, sports bras, socks, beauty or personal care products, or damaged items.
Step 2: Contact Us
To start your return, please email us at

Include the following details in your email:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- (Optional) Photo if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll email you the instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship It Back
After receiving approval, securely pack your item(s) and ship them back using the provided instructions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll receive an email confirmation of approval or denial.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
(Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.)
If you’d like a different size or color, the quickest way is to place a new order once your return is accepted.
