How long does delivery take?

Most packages arrive on time, but please note that factors like weather, holidays, customs checks, or natural events may cause slight delays. Delivery dates are approximate, and we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes — we do not accept returns on panties, bras, sports bras, socks, beauty products, damaged items, sale items, gift cards, or any hazardous or flammable materials.
